The anti-septic property of Bay Laurel, like all exceptional essential oils, may help your body protect itself with wounds against such infections, inhibit bacterial growth and help avoid those painful situations. This oil is also known for its possible anti-biotic properties. That means, it may inhibit any sort of biotic growth (growth of microbes, bacteria, fungi etc.) in the bodying may help fight infections. It is regarded as completely safe and has no adverse side effects (unless used in very heavy doses). Bay Laurel may help your body to relieve muscle spasms. Spasms can cause health conditions like diarrhea, convulsion, cramps, aches and nervous afflictions. Spasms can cause serious problems as it is brought by excessive contractions in the muscles, nerves, respiratory tracks, internal organs and blood vessels. Rub a drop on the spasm for possible relief. If you have a large area of spasms use Bay Laurel with a carrier oil. Use one or two drops of this essential oil behind your ears, on the bottom of your feet or in a diffuser (just 3-4 drops), or on of the area you are wanting to help.
