Roman Chamomile can be used safely. We used Roman Chamomile to help calm the mother down during labor. It’s safe for children too! You can diffuse Roman Chamomile , use it in a bath with Restored Healths Dead Sea Salts or rub a drop on your skin. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet, on the area of concern or in a diffuser (just 3-4 drops). Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
