Botanical name: Salvia sclarea 10 ml. bottle Clary sage is a hormonal essential oil. It is an aphrodisiac, digestive, sedative and uterine tonic. When I worked as a Doula we used this essential oil to help the uterus. In my opinion Clary sage may help ease abdominal cramps and indigestion. Dilute with a carrier oil such as Restored Health’s Calendula Oil or Arnica Oil. Gently rub in a clockwise circle on your abdomen. You may also rub on the bottom of your feet. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet or on the area of concern. Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
