Botanical name: Foeniculum vulgare 10 ml. bottle. Fennel is a hot oil. Always use with a carrier oil such as Restored Health’s Calendula oil. Use at a 20% dilution with a carrier oil such as Restored Health’s Calendula oil. In my personal experience Fennel may be used with Dill weed and Coriander for diabetics to possibly help keep their sugars in control. I’ve also used Fennel oil, diluted, on my abdomen for gas and abdominal cramping. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet or on the area of concern. Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
