Botanical name: Zingiber officinale 10 ml. bottle In my personal experience Ginger essential oil has been used for motion sickness and also for pregnant women who have nausea. Use this essential oil with a carrier oil such as Restored Health’s Calendula Oil. Ginger is a bit warm and can heat up the skin. Always use with a carrier oil. Ginger tea, made with fresh ginger, warm water and possibly a bit of raw honey is also good for nausea.
