On statin drugs you cannot eat grapefruit and you cannot use Pink Grapefruit essential oil. In my personal experience this oil helps with depression, stress, water retention (edema) and toning skin. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet, on the area of concern or in a diffuser (just 3-4 drops). Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
