Botanical name: Lavendula angustifolia 10 ml. bottle. Lavender is quite relaxing. If you have low blood pressure please do not use. Personally I’ve used Lavender essential oil to help me go to sleep, help with my thumb I burned, help my blood pressure when I’m excited. It’s safe for all ages too. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet, on the area of concern or in a diffuser (just 3-4 drops). Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
