Botanical name: Commiphora myrrha 10 ml. bottle Please mix 50/50 with a carrier oil such as Restored Health’s Calendula oil, extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. Myrrh has been used for anti-inflammatory, a sedative and digestive stimulant. In my personal experience Myrrh has also helped my muscle spasms and is relaxing to my body. Myrrh does have a tendency to get thicker as it ages. It may be harder to get out of the bottle. I will usually take off the plastic orifice diffuser once this happens. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet or on the area of concern. Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
