This is one reason it’s in Restored Health’s Arthritis and Joint Blend. Please dilute 50/50 with a carrier oil such as Restored Health’s Calendula Oil, Extra virgin olive oil or Coconut oil. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet or on the area of concern. Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
