Personally I use 9 drops of carrier oil such as Restored Health’s Calendula Oil or coconut oil to 1 drop of Oregano. Personally I’ve used Oregano essential oil while cleaning a wound to help remove harmful bacteria from small wounds. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet or on the area of concern. Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
