Botanical name: Mentha piperita 10 ml. bottle Peppermint is what I call an icy hot essential oil. At first it’s cool and so nice if you’re warm. But then it becomes warmer. I’ve used it for nausea, colds, headaches, mental and emotional fatigue, and acne. Just a drop at a time may help when you rub it on the site you’re needing help with. You may want to use it diluted. Use a drop of Peppermint with carrier oil such as Restored Health’s Calendula oil or Arnica oil, Extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. Rub on your skin, your head where the headache is or the bottom of your feet.
