Rub one drop on the neck and chest for an amazingly powerful mood elevator. I’ve used it with people who have had all kinds of abuse, people who are shy and those who need a boost of confidence. I also used it in the birthing room when I was a Doula. It’s very soothing for mothers and babies. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet, or in a diffuser (just 3-4 drops) or on the area of concern. Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
