Hydrosol is the water that comes from the plant products when they are distilled. The water that comes from the steam distilling is called hydrosol. Every essential oil should have hydrosol. Rose and Lavender are my personal favorites. I use this Rose hydrosol as a toner on my face. I feel like it helps contatin moisture on my skin and helps with fine lines.
