Botanical name: Vetiver zizanioides   10 ml. bottle. Vetiver is known for the following attributes: anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, and a nervine. Personally I use a drop or two on the bottom of my feet and rub my feet together. I like it for helping me calm down. Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet, or in a diffuser (just 3-4 drops) or on the area of concern. Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
