Botanical name: Cananga odorata 10 ml. bottle. I’ve personally used this essential oil for calming me down. It may lower blood pressure so be careful. It’s a fantastic scent and has helped me calm down emotionally. It may also help you slow your breathing if you are excited, angry or frustrated. PMS may be one reason to use Ylang Ylang :) Use one or two drops of this essential oil on the bottom of your feet, or in a diffuser (just 3-4 drops) or on the area of concern. Please use the patch test on a small area of skin before using on larger areas.
